Commercial Cleaning Oil
WOCA Woodcare Commercial Cleaning Oil cleans and reoils high traffic wood floors in a single process. For high traffic flooring where deep cleaning and oiling is needed with a quick turnaround time (2 hour dry time at 68 F).
WOCA Commercial Oil is quick drying, making it ideal for use in busy spaces such as airports, restaurants and retail where it is not possible to close for an extended period of time.

Cleaning and oiling in a single workflow
Cleaning Oil is for use in high traffic areas, where deep cleaning and oiling of the wood is required, in a single process. The oil is quick drying and therefore ideal for buildings such as airports, railway stations and public areas where it is not possible to seal off an area for an extended period of time. Cleaning Oil cleans and maintains the wood thoroughly, leaving a surface that is both water-repellent and maintained.

Application Instructions
Instructions
- Shake or stir the container of Commercial Oil thoroughly.
- Apply approx. ½ cup or 3 ounces (90 ml) of Commercial Oil per 10-20 m2. Apply the oil using a polishing machine and a GREEN floor polishing pad. If using a RED or WHITE Polishing Pad, attached 2-3 WOCA Patina Discs to the pad. Patina Discs add abrasion to the process and grinds the oil and dirt/buildup into a paste, which eases its removal and accelerates drying time. The oil should be polished well into the wood. Continue polishing until the wood seems saturated, and the surface has an even, uniform appearance.
Replace pad and attach a polishing cloth to pad and towel, buff the floor to remove any excess oil/dirt/grime. The surface must not appear wet afterward.
The floor can be used after a drying time of 2 hours at 20°C. Do not clean the floor or expose it to water during the first 24 hours, while the oil is curing.
Commercial Oil should be applied 2–4 times a year, or as needed.
Regular Cleaning
For regular cleaning, use WOCA Commercial Soap. for example every 2 or 3 days. Follow product specific instructions. The soap is suitable for use in floor washing machines or with mop and bucket.
