Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can log into your customer account here and click on “request return”. You can also request a return via the footer Info menu “return request” option on wocadirect.ca
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns due to damages and issues may be eligible for a prepaid return label or return shipping credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the hazardous material status of some WOCA Lyes, we cannot coordinate or accept returns for the following products: Antique Lye, Driftwood Lye, Softwood Lye & the wood lye designer test kit. These items are final sale, for inquiries regarding these products please contact info@wocadirect.ca
If a parcel is refused or remains unclaimed—including when rerouted to a courier-selected pick-up location—it may have been returned to us at our expense, and the original shipping fee may be non-refundable. Any return shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us promptly if your parcel appears undelivered so we can help locate it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Returns for reasons other than damages or issues are not eligible for prepaid return labels; there is also a 10% restocking fee on returns outside these aforementioned criteria. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
