Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard and Express delivery timeframes are based on estimates from our shipping partners. These timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates. Due to the possibility of delays caused by weather and other factors beyond our control, please refer to tracking information provided at the time of shipping for more accurate/ up-to-date delivery information from the courier.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wocadirect.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wocadirect.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Once the item is in the possession of the courier we cannot cancel, alter or reroute shipments. Please refer to tracking information for up to date delivery status updates and pick-up notices.
If your parcel was not delivered or lost please contact us so we can inquire with the courier. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use Canada Post as our main shipping partner, therefore we do ship to PO boxes. If this option changes, customers will be notified at checkout and have to select a non PO Box address for delivery.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If a parcel is refused or remains unclaimed—including when rerouted to a courier-selected pick-up location—it may be returned to us at our expense, and the original shipping fee may be non-refundable. Any return shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us promptly if your parcel appears undelivered so we can help locate it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wocadirect.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
